Executive, Business Office

Job Description:

  • Assist department head in overseeing the daily support activities in Business Office
  • Collaborates with Finance department to identify, conduct investigations and resolve issues with regards to bank reconciliation
  • Oversee the progress and implementation of system enhancement projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimim 3 years in supervisory position, preferably in healthcare setting
  • Passion for customer service and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good administration and organisational skills

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the delivery of good customer service to patients and visitors in Patient Education Centre

  • Provide portering services for patients

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Building, Mechanical & Electrical system maintenance
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Software and Microsoft Project
Audit & Training Engineer, Facilities Management

Job Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the mechanical and electrical equipment of the Hospital Buildings is in good functioning order
  • Provide technical advice and support to Facilities Management technicians

Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing 24 hours security for patients, staff, doctors and general public in the hospital's premises
  • Safeguard hospital's properties

Requirements:

  • WSQ Security certification
  • Physically fit
  • 1 year of similar experience
  • Class 3 driving licence
HOUSEKEEPER

Job Description:

  • Perform daily cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods

Requirements:

Job Description:
