Graduated with Honours in Medicine, Surgery, and Obstetrics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and National University of Ireland in 1993. He gained full-certification in the United States Foreign Medical Graduates Examinations and held full registrations to practice in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ireland. He later specialized in Ophthalmology, earned a Masters in Medicine (Ophthalmology) from NUS, and was appointed a Clinical Tutor in the Faculty of Medicine, and an adjunct research fellow at Singapore Eye Research Institute.
He gained full-certification from the International Council of Ophthalmology. Dr Chng received Fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow, College of Surgeons in Hong Kong, and the Academy of Medicine in Singapore. Dr Goh obtained his Masters degree in Medicine (Ophthalmology) in 2004, and has been a fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (London), College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and the College of Ophthalmologists, Singapore since 2008.

Dr Inez Wong is the Director of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Service at Eagle Eye Centre. Her special interests are in strabismus management and surgery (in adults and children) and paediatric ophthalmology, specializing in a range of eye problems in children such as refractive errors, myopia, amblyopia, external and anterior segment diseases, cataract, glaucoma, and retinopathy of prematurity. She also manages all general ophthalmological problems in adults and is experienced in performing adult cataract surgery using the latest toric, multi-focal and multi focal toric intraocular lenses.
Dr Wong obtained her medical degree from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, and completed her ophthalmology training in Singapore, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Academy of Medicine Singapore. She underwent subspecialty fellowship training in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Eagle Eye Centre, Dr Wong was the Head of the Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Service at National University Hospital (NUH), and Visiting Consultant at Jurong Health Services (JHS) and Health Promotion Board (HPB).
She was actively involved in medical education, and was Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Medical Education Director in Ophthalmology at the National University of Singapore (NUS) for a number of years. Dr Lim Wee Kiak is the co-founder and group Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Eye Centre. He graduated from medical studies in the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an MBBS in 1992 and started his postgraduate training in Ophthalmology in 1995, graduating with a Master’s degree from NUS (MMED) and two specialist postgraduate qualifications in Ophthalmology from UK (FRCS Edinburgh and FRCOphth London) in 1998. He completed one year uveitis and ocular inflammation Fellowship at National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda USA in 2003.
Before joining Eagle Eye Centre, Dr Lim served as a consultant and a subspecialist in ocular inflammation and immunology at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC). Dr Lynn Yeo is a Senior Consultant Eye Surgeon at Eagle Eye Centre. She completed her basic medical training in Singapore and proceeded with specialist training both in Singapore and London, UK where she spent 2 years at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
She obtained her Master of Medicine (Ophthalmology) and the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 1993. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive surgery.
